We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, providing guidance on Real Estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of Real Estate law, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Advise clients on the best strategies for marketing their properties
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Guide clients through the process of completing Real Estate transactions
- Stay up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate license in the state of [Georgia]
- Proven experience as a Real Estate or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and fair housing regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills
