Agent Expectations:
- Agents will be responsible for responding to inbound sales inquiries and outbound calling to set appointments to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential Real Estate and rigorously follow up with leads in pipeline.
- Become an expert on the evolving Real Estate market.
- Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Salesforce, Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed.
- Accurately present The Heyl Group’s unique value proposition to prospective clients
- Handle and overcome objections.
- Conduct market analyses to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers.
- Participate in regular training and education.

- Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours as necessary and have an exceptional work ethic
- License Required
- 1-2 years Sales experience preferred
