Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Licensed Psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD for our brand-new Marlborough, Massachusetts location.

Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service Model
• Full-time employees can earn $90,000 - $110,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with health psychology
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
