OUR PRINCIPLES

• Pay people what they're worth: We offer highly competitive compensation, starting clinicians at 10-20% above the top of other practices' advertised ranges. We also protect your income during onboarding with a minimum guaranteed paycheck regardless of how fast your caseload is filled.

ABOUT US

We specialize in helping people in high pressure careers by applying our training to clinical and non-clinical situations, allowing those experiencing workplace distress to access comprehensive and science-backed tools for reaching their goals. Azimuth clinicians’ ability to recognize the utility of applying their talents to non-clinical life issues in this area of significant need has allowed many to gain access to support and solutions who otherwise would not have.

ABOUT YOU

Team members are well-versed in a variety of clinical approaches including CBT and dynamic theory. They are comfortable and interested in working with individuals in high-stress careers, and appreciate the varied and challenging work that accompanies this group. They have a strong work ethic, and are interested in the continual development of themselves, their peers, and the practice as a whole. They are comfortable and open to meeting the needs of clients in person, via telehealth, and often a combination of the two. While we are vibrantly different from one another, all of our team members have a willingness to be vulnerable and grow, to give of themselves to help others, and an appreciation for levity and a good sense of humor!
