**FREE Clinical Supervision provided by a VA Board of Counseling Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS)**
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with various mental health concerns
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Current state licensure as a Resident in Counseling (LPC-R)
- Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and treatment modalities
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
