Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Rhodium Care Group Inc is a premiere group of highly skilled, experienced, and compassionate licensed psychologists, licensed social workers and Licensed Professional Counselors dedicated to servicing long term care facilities, adult homes and assisted livings seeing a mainly geriatric population.

Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to work full-time at our facility across in Richmond, Virginia. Must be available to start ASAP. We take great pride in having our LPCs provide their services in person, please note this is not a remote opportunity. LPC Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provider will see geriatric patients for cognitive testing, dementia and therapy services.
• Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
• Meet weekly with clients for counseling.
• Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• Master's in counseling or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure in Virginia as an LPC in accordance with the regulations of the state.
• Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Pay: $225.00 - $625.00 per day
