Location: Manhattan, must be able to commute to Manhattan office (also looking for LPN for Scarsdale office)
Work Hours: full-time position
Requirements:
Flexible shifts including rotation of weekends.
Knowledge of EMR a must, ECW preferred
Current NYS Nursing License
Duties will include:
Administer and document injections/immunizations to patients based on physician’s orders-on patients from newborn through adolescent
Prescription refills including prior authorizations for medications
Triage patients and obtain vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, height/weight)
Perform routine EKGs
Provide phlebotomy services on patients from newborn through adolescent
Document, label and prepare specimens for processing.
Assist physicians in performing routine office procedures
And other duties as assigned for a busy private pediatric practice.
