The overall purpose of this position, i.e. what it accomplishes and/or why it exists is:
Assist individuals in acquiring or maintaining skills related to daily living, self-care,
health and other needs as outlined in the Individual’s service plan. To afford
opportunities for community living with active, valued participation following
individual’s schedule.
- Administer medication per doctor order
- Perform all professional duties in the scope of licensure and in accordance to State of Georgia Nursing Practices
- Provide quality nursing services
- Provide and ensure all medical/nursing services are delivered in a dignified ad least restrictive manner.
