What You'll Do:
- To coordinate provision of Home Health care services to assigned patients that reflect the Agency mission and standards.
- To ensure quality and safe delivery of Home Health services.
- To ensure that nursing care services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Home Health Agency.
About You
You will have an active LPN license in the state in which practicing.
