Full time, Non-Exempt position
Shift: Days: 6:30am - 2:45pm
Evenings: 2:30pm - 10:45pm
Every other weekend, every other holiday
Compensation: $31.50/hour
Shift differential and pick-up pay offered!

Position Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to nursing personnel
- Maintains accurate and complete resident medical record documentation
- Accurately prepares and administers medications and treatments to assigned residents according to physician orders and nursing procedures
- Completes incident reports and medication error reports and reports to the Charge Nurse
- Participates in shift report and assists in organizing care assignments
- Provides assistance and supervision to the Nursing Assistants
- Responsible for directing, delivering, and evaluating the quality of care provided by all team members
- Responds immediately to emergency situations
- Reports any concerns/problems or discrepancies to the Charge Nurse
- Participates in providing restorative care for residents
- Participates in survey inspections
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana – will accept applicants scheduled to take the Indiana Nursing Board
- Desire to work with geriatric population
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
