Children's Therapy Network is looking to add a licensed Mental Health Therapist (full or part time) to work along-side our integrated team of highly experienced providers.

Our clinic specializes in the treatment of children with autism, post-adoptive issues, trauma, parent/child relationship support, infant Mental Health concerns, twice exceptional learners, anxiety and depression. We embrace a "bottom up" approach through a focus on the body as well as evidence based Mental Health treatments such as DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR and CPP.
This is a salaried position with a very manageable weekly caseload (25), and administrative support for billing, scheduling and managing cancellations. In addition, salaried employees are eligible for health/dental, PTO and 401K match. CTN is willing to consider another pay structure (percentage of collections or flat hourly rate) in order to allow the therapist to have increased control over their rate of pay.

Job Requirements:
2+ years experience with providing therapy services to a full range of individuals through the age of 18
Training or certification in Infant Mental Health or trauma treatment, adoption, or autism preferred
Fully licensed as an LMFT, LCSW or LPC in Wisconsin
Maintain professional license and/or certification throughout employment with this agency
Strong drive to work as a team member with other disciplines including OT/SLP/ Parent Coaching and PT.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with children and their parents

We provide occupational therapy, Mental Health therapy, speech and physical therapy as well as parent coaching in a multidisciplinary approach aimed at meeting families where they are to create change.
In the ten plus years Children's Therapy Network has been in existence, we have become known as a center of excellence, seeing each family and child as unique, requiring a unique approach. We have extensive training in a variety of parenting and relationship strategies that we weave into our treatment.
