As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the facility by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern treatment and rehabilitation centers to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to guests at all times. Effectively and efficiently providing the highest practicable, physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator
- MUST have experience in a fast-paced facility.
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License (NHAL Required)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Must have organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities:
