Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team in Florida. As the LNHA, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. You will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained and that our residents receive the attention and support they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Supervise and support a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, staff, and families to provide holistic care to residents.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management.
  • Promote a positive and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
  • Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida LNHA license.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in long-term care administration is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
