Few Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Home facility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and set financial goals.
- Coordinate with medical staff, residents, and families to address any concerns or issues.
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure quality care is provided.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and staff scheduling.
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing Nursing Homes.
- Familiarity with home care practices, medication administration, and social work in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
