LPN Assistant CNA Coordinator

Harmony House Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team as our Assistant CNA Coordinator! This position is Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM with one weekend on call every 8 weeks. The main function of this position is assisting the CNA Coordinator with interviewing and hiring CNAs, creating the CNA schedule, and supervising and assisting nursing staff to help ensure our residents receive the best care possible. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

There are nurses that like the work and challenges of being in nursing administration but the struggles of dealing with being on call and working numerous/frequent shifts on the floor are not appealing to them. Harmony has ZERO full-time nursing positions open! Around 11 shifts in the past year had to be covered on the floor by the 10 nursing administrative staff that we have!
