We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in our Thibodaux, LA location.
Earn $66,997/year + $7,500 yearly mileage stipend
LMHPs are an essential part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The multidisciplinary team provides evidenced based services to members diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness within the greater Thibodaux/Houma region. The Mental Health Professional provides individual therapy and group therapy to consumers in service. The LMHP creates the person-centered treatment plan, review and change the individual crisis plan as required, and complete psychosocial assessments. L/MHPs must maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation such as: progress notes, assessments, and interpretative summaries. LMHPs provide crisis intervention and support. In the absence of the Team Leader, the LMHP may be responsible for facilitating morning meetings and provide clinical feedback to the team as required.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Services related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling; AND 1 year of PAID clinical experience, post master’s required.
- LPC or LCSW fully licensed.
- Prefer candidates with experience working with chronically mentally ill adults and/or dual diagnosis.
- Must have appropriate state and federal clearances.
- Must hold a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
