Position Summary: The Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing approved Mental Health rehabilitation services to clients assigned to them.
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in one of the following:
-Bachelors or Masters of Social Work
-Bachelors or Masters degree in psychology
-Bachelors or Masters degree in a Mental Health related field
-Bachelors or Masters of Sociology or Human Services
-Bachelors or Masters of Education degree in a Mental Health related field.
Duties:
- Provides community support work to clients and individual or group counseling to clients.
- May provide group psychosocial skills training to clients assigned.
- Assess, review, or monitor a recipient’s status in relation to rehabilitation.
- Identify, report, and maintain weekly appointments for community resources.
- Submit accurate, legible, and complete weekly counseling notes and service logs.
- Attend staffing meetings regularly.
- Assist and positively interact with other team members.
- Attends all scheduled staff trainings.
- Participates in ongoing accreditation initiatives and trainings.
- Acknowledges responsibility to participate in agency growth.
- Maintains membership in at least one Accreditation Committee Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
