Licensed Mental Health Professional

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Prodessional to join our team. As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their Mental Health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide support, implement treatment plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

### Duties:

- Conduct crisis management interventions and de-escalation techniques when necessary

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients in their treatment process

- Facilitate therapeutic activities such as art therapy and dance therapy

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment

- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their recovery journey

- Assist with patient hygiene, medication administration, and other daily living activities as needed

### Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience working in a hospital or Mental Health setting

- Knowledge of DSM-5 codes and documentation requirements

- Strong crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and interventions

- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments

- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques

- Knowledge of art therapy or dance therapy is a plus

- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
