- Provide professional and quality massage therapy treatments to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage techniques.
- Perform deep tissue massages for clients with chronic pain or specific injuries.
- Utilize trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and pain.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Massage Therapist license in NY
- Demonstrated expertise in patient service and care.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices related to massage therapy.
- Ability to assess patients' conditions and customize treatment plans accordingly.
- Skilled in providing effective pain management solutions through massage therapy techniques.
- Must have 2+ years of experience
