SalaryResponsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to address clients' specific needs
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and goals
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure a comfortable and safe environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay current on medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy knowledge to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Massage Therapist
- Proven experience in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management techniques
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Excellent patient assessment skills to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of pain management strategies and occupational health practices
