Hiring: Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)

The ideal candidates will possess:

• Appropriate certification(s)
• Good in a team environment and a contributor to the positive culture
• A friendly, professional demeanor, eager to help and make clients happy
• Coachable and open to training and new skill sets
• Ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years experience doing massage in a spa setting
• Knowledge of proper sanitation/COVID practices

Employees starting with Immerse are a true W-2 employee (not a 1099) and have at least a 45% starting commission. Immerse offers a variety of upgrade services and add-ons available to clients for additional fees, all of which the LMT makes the same 45% commission on top of the main service. Product sales can contribute an additional 10% commission to improve earnings, but are not required to sell. Immerse works on a what's in the best interest of the client methodology.
