Sam Winter - State Farm Agency has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a State Farm team member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

- Must have an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Must have 1 year State Farm experience
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Usea customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- 401K
- Salary plus commission/bonus

- Active AZ Property and Casualty license
