Insurance Customer Service Representative

Krell Financial Group is an independent insurance agency and financial planning firm located in Gilbert AZ. We have been in business since 2007. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help answer phones, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Our agency is looking for a person with a great can-do attitude. Looking for an upbeat, motivated, happy person that has office Customer Service experience. Looking for someone who is well mannered, educated, and comfortable working with others.

*Must be very computer literate and be able to pick up new systems and concepts quickly. Must be self-motivated, detail orientated, ability to work in a team environment and individually.

Salary will start between 40K-42K annually, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

· Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

· Answer the phone.

· Respond to emails.

· Process customer policy change requests.

· Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

· Complete lienholder changes for auto policies.

· Take premium payments from customers.

· Return all phone messages promptly.

· Foster strong relationships with our customers.

· Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 40K-42K based on experience

Must be willing to work in the office M-F 8:45AM -5PM, lunch break from 12PM-1PM
