Farmers Insurance is the 3rd largest writer of property and casualty insurance in the country. We have an immediate opening for an agent position in the Denver Metro area. An ideal agent is a business-minded individual with a strong desire for personal growth, career fulfillment and financial achievement.
Farmers Insurance specializes in property and casualty, life, and financial products. Agents are responsible for meeting with clients, educating them on insurance needs, and providing the best insurance and financial products that suit the clients’ needs and wants for the future.
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agency Owner position:
· Business-minded professionals
· Clean criminal and financial background
· Career-oriented
· Insurance, business management, financial services and/or sales experience is preferred but not required
Training and Growth for the Insurance Sales Agency Owner position:
While having prior insurance/financial services experience is a plus, it is not required. Partnered with Training Magazine's top-rated corporate training program in the nation, as a district, we are committed to providing all the necessary education, training, and resources to the right candidate.

Income Potentialfor the Insurance Sales Agency Owner position:
This is an opportunity to own your own agency. Work for yourself but not by yourself. There is an aggressive commission structure, "best in the industry" residual commissions, in addition to several bonuses that ensure financial success while getting started. The district provides marketing support, leads, and an office for you to work out of. Farmers also offer great incentive programs to veterans! You own your business, so upon retirement, you will have several options, whether you want to sell it or gift it tax-free to a family member.
