Licensed Esthetician

Welcome to B|L Spa, we are a full service spa that opened in October, 2021. We believe in providing a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests and a pleasant and professional atmosphere for our employees.

We are looking to hire a well rounded Estheticians with a work schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.

Please note that this is a 50/50, 60/40, and up to 70/30 commission based position depending on experience and availability.

Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide facials, waxing, and body treatments.
• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner and accompany them to and from treatment rooms.
• Conduct a consultation with each guest to obtain the proper information in order to address guest skin concerns.
• Assess guests' brief health history in order to determine which products are right for them.
• Conduct a skin analysis after the cleansing process of the facial. This along with the consultation and health history will assess in selecting the best facial option for guests.
• Advise guests on skin care, and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Maintain a professional personal image of the Salon.
• Welcome guests and explain our list of products and services.
• Perform skin care services, such as facials and wraps, as requested by the guests.
• Suggest various upgrades such as the use of specialized skincare products.
• Conduct pre and/or post treatment consultations for guests with problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin.
• Cultivate a guest of repeat customers by incentive's their return with coupons and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops.
• Help orient and train new staff.
• Take 15 minutes before and after each service in order to set up and break down the workstation.
• Disinfect work rooms before and after each guest service.
• Take aesthetic laundry throughout the day in order to assist with laundry duties.
• Keep track of inventory in the assigned treatment room.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license for Aesthetic
• Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance
• Previous experience (preferred)
• Must be least 18 years old
• Pay can vary on experience and commission rates
