Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
Able to commute daily to Denver CO, near Washington Park area
Current Colorado Property and Casualty License Required
2+ years of active insurance sales experience Preferred
Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Position Overview
As a Team Member, you will receive...
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
- $50,000 - $60,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $55,000 - $65,000/yr
- Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
