About Us: Plan-It Life, Inc. is a leading mental health and wellness organization dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families. We are currently seeking licensed and/ or unlicensed Clinical therapists to join our compassionate and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct individual, group, and/ or family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
· Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
· Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
· On-going professional development.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. PhD, PsyD in clinical psychology.
· State licensure as a Clinical Therapist, waivered or registered therapist ASW, APCC, AMFT, etc.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Compassion and empathy for individuals facing mental health challenges.
· Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Pay
Licensed Eligible: $62,400 - $83,200 per year
Licensed Clinical Therapist: $83,200 - $104,000 per year
