We are looking for experienced and talented therapists to join our growing and happy team. The ideal candidate will have built a niche in one of the following areas:

- ADHD and/or Neurodiversity
Inspire Hope & Change Therapy, LLC is seeking full-time and part-time psychotherapists (1099 contract) who are able to commit to a minimum of 15 clients per week. We are a web-based psychotherapy practice providing online therapy to individuals, couples, and families in the DC Metro Area.
This is a 1099 contract position without benefits. Each psychotherapist is required to have a generalist foundation with a clinical disposition towards a trauma-informed approach. If you have a specialty not listed above, we'd love to hear from you! Just let us know what your clinical interests are.

Qualifications:
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Maryland, or Washington, DC:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related degree
- Licensed to practice in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia, as an LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSW-C
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist, including clinical internships
Duties
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients
- Utilize the ICD-10 diagnostic system to assess and diagnose clients
Requirements
- Must have a valid license as a psychotherapist
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment plans
Skills
- Therapy using evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with the ICD-10 diagnostic system
Compensation:
- $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Job Types:
- This is a1099 positionfor LICSW, LCSW, LMSW, or LCSW-C licensed in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia. This is a fully remote position for a provider living in the DC Metro region.
