Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of Mental Health experts. As an LCSW at Aimergency Connect PsychCare, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to clients dealing with a wide range of Mental Health concerns. Your expertise and empathy will contribute to our commitment to fostering positive change in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' Mental Health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) for each client.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of Mental Health.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a Mental Health or counseling setting.
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to Mental Health practice.
