SalaryAs the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in overseeing the establishment of treatment goals and a variety of support services to the youth including any medical and behavioral health services, referrals, and assessments. You will hold the title of Program Director and will be responsible for ensuring proper supervision of the clinical staff.
Some of the additional responsibilities include:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Fiscal Departments to address missing documentation, allowing the agency to bill for services.
- Policy Development: Work with the Assistant Executive Director for Health Services to create necessary policies, protocols, and workflows for the clinic.
- Mental Health Evaluations: Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure timely completion of mental health evaluations.
- Treatment Oversight: Review treatment plans, health care information, and medical records.
Requirments:
- Current Licensure by the New York State as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience working with the foster care population preferred
