SalaryVisiting Wellness is currently hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide counseling services to adults in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Candidates should be experienced in addressing challenges such as adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, substance abuse and cognitive functioning issues. Our clinicians provide mental health services for patients on a regular, weekly schedule. Position is in-person, 3-5 days a week.
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed and accredited in NYS
- Minimum of 2 years experience providing direct clinical services to adults
- Background in Geriatrics is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Desire for helping people and a passion for the older adult population.
- Establishing positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Conducting Intakes/Assessments
- Treatment Planning
- Consistent documentation of treatment in progress notes
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
- Work within a collaborative care team in which you will be encouraged to participate in team meetings, supervision and case consultations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
