School Social Worker/Full-time/ Elementary / San Luis Obispo, CA /23/24 SY

Dates: 03/25/2024 -06/01/2024/ Possible renewal

• Hours: 40Hours / week - Full Time
• The role of the LCSW will be to assist with care coordination and to navigate families through both school based and munity based behavioral health services. They will also support LPTs with crisis management and participate in direct behavioral health services
• Onsite ONLY

Requirements:

- Active CA License
- Masters Degree in Social Work Required
