Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 13 week contract Travel Healthcare Assignment ! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.

Details:

• 13 weeks to start! Strong possibility for extension
• Start date: 4/29
• Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm (40 hours)  Monday to Friday
• Working on behavioral health unit

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for psychosocial services, including assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and abuse reporting.
• Coordinates discharge care needs under the general direction of the physician in conjunction with the treatment team.
• Provides clinical support to other staff as required
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caring for the mentally disordered and or acutely ill, preferred with a focus on crisis intervention and rapid stabilization
• Preferred expertise in age-specific competencies, mental health disorders, and chemical dependency.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
