The LPN provides direct patient care in the outpatient Wound Care Clinic. Communicate with physicians / clinical coordinator / co -workers, as appropriate regarding changes in the patient's treatment, clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies. Perform Wound Care/dressing changes dictated by providers prior to patient leaving clinic. Has the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment..

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification upon hire.
