SalaryThis is 1099 contract position. The driver will use their own vehicle and is responsible for the cost of gas and maintenance on the vehicle. A fuel-efficient SUV or van is preferred.
The position will deliver library books Monday through Friday from around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The routes mileage varies between 110 and 295 miles each day. There will be a small amount of sorting at the beginning and end of each route.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle (fuel efficient large sedan)
- Backup driver
- Liability Insurance Coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
- Clean professional appearance required.
- STAT Courier performs motor vehicle records check and a criminal background check as part of the application process so your willingness to participate is necessary to move forward.
- Ability to lift 40 lb. objects.
