The LFP-Packager is an entry level, overtime-eligible, position that reports to the LFP Production Manager and support staff. The LFP-Packager's main responsibility is to Package and Kit product efficiently and archive daily production output.
Essential Functions
- Comply with all Charm Sciences, Inc. standard operating procedures (SOP's).
- Record and quantify all products packaged and kitted daily.
- Maintain proper documentation and labelling for all products with the proper information.
- Proper labelling and storage organize product neatly in the 4°C cold room.
- Analyze working conditions before starting production and storing end of day product in the 4°C cold room for the next day start of production, cleaning and organizing a safe work area.
- Package and kit product efficiently archiving daily production output.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:
- Must be able to work the assigned schedule of 9:00 am until 5:30 pm depending on the needs of the department and scheduled overtime by the LFP Manager.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Must be able to use word and excel proficiently.
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Preferred:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 Years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- GMP/GLP Experience.
- Self-Motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch and handle objects on a routine basis, use various tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Able to work at a computer for an extended length of time.
- Working conditions will be exposed to extreme temperatures such as working in freezer.
