As a Lexus Technology Specialist, your goal is to welcome guests to the Spirit Lexus family with a comprehensive and exceptional experience that is tailored to each guest. The ideal candidate can pave the way for outstanding customer service by researching your Guest's interests to determine the features and technologies that they might like to cover making it a personalized experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that Guests are ready to use the vehicle's technology, features, and controls, assist them with Bluetooth pairing, and have them download the Lexus App so they may access Remote Services and enroll in Enform Connected Services trials.
- Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about Lexus features and technology using all of the available resources and tools.
- Assist on the service drive to resolve concerns about vehicle technology issues.
- Assist guests in the delivery of their vehicles and personalize the delivery to their needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls
- Ensure the pre-delivery service has been completed such as testing all the vehicle features, checking the battery, tires and that the vehicle has passed the vehicle inspection for safety and condition
- Provide an exceptional Lexus experience in all guest interactions.
- Determine the best teaching method for each guest, and assist guests with hands-on practice.
- Use all resources and applications to assist in technology information support.
- Provide resources for guests and follow up

Requirements
- Must be comfortable with technology and tech-savvy
- The desire to exceed expectations and strive for excellence
- Customer service experience is a plus, but would consider training the right candidate
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Demonstrated experience with navigating internet channels
- Excellent written skills (grammar and spelling)
- Professionalism, ethical, respectful
- Bilingual a plus
