Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Direct Counsel is looking for a Legal Secretary for an excellent firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Ideal candidates for this position will have two plus year experience in litigation and executing secretarial duties. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. Responsibilities

· e-File in State & Federal Courts

· Calendar

· Draft various legal documents

· Draft Table of Contents & Table of Authorities

Qualifications

· Minimum of two years of legal secretarial experience in litigation

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
