Legal Secretary

We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary with at least 2 years of secretarial experience. Required experience includes: answering inquiries by Email and phones, MS Office Products, researching matters. Candidates will also need to be flexible while handling daily duties. The ability to multi-task and pay attention to details is a must. Although a 4 year degree is preferred, we will consider experience if it is either in the paralegal or secretarial field. We will also consider a certificate of paralegal training from an ABA program in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. This position does require moving files that may weigh up to 10 pounds.
