Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic legal team in our Bryant location. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere in our office.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance.
4. Schedule appointments for legal professionals for both Little Rock and Bryant locations when necessary.
5. Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.
7. Support administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document organization.
8. Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure smooth office operations.
9. Stay updated on firm policies, procedures, and legal terminology.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat, and basic office equipment.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
Hours/Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM
