Full-Time Receptionist for Leading Criminal and Family Law Firm in Edmond, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!
We are a thriving criminal and family law firm in Edmond, Oklahoma, and we are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team. We need someone who is not only organized and professional, but who can also handle a fast-paced work environment and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
As our receptionist, you will be the face of our firm and the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will greet and direct clients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the firm's calendar. You will also be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly by handling administrative tasks and maintaining our office supplies.
Experience working in a law firm or with legal terminology is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Compensation:$30,000 - $42,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Speak to potential new clients to identify whether they are qualified leads through a series of questions to help identify great clients, identify the correct legal issue, and gauge urgency/motivation
- Schedule qualified leads for an initial consultation (sales call)
- Initiate potential new client pre-engagement glide path in our case management software and manage follow-up system with potential clients
- Prepare the salesperson with all the necessary information for successful conversation/consultation
- Follow up with potential new clients and address their unique pain points and concerns
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous legal experience is a plus
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and personable
- Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Experienced with administrative duties and managing calendars
