Tort Intake Professionals, a leading legal contact center collaborating with prestigious law firms, is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and Guiding:
- Welcome guests and visitors to the office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide guidance and answer inquiries from visitors, vendors, and team members.
2. Phone Management:
- Answer and manage the general phone line, directing calls appropriately.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to callers.
3. Administrative Support:
- Sign in and register guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Assist in mail distribution and oversee deliveries.
- Assist with orienting candidates who arrive for interviews.
- Assist with conducting orientations for new team members.
4. Professionalism:
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, aligning with the reputation of Tort Intake Professionals and our esteemed law firm partners.
5. Event Coordination:
- Play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for representatives from partnered law firms.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and events as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.30 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
