Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including personnel details (time/attendance, PTO requests, scheduling needs), greeting clients and partners, opening and organizing mail, and ensuring the office area is tidy
- Cultivating culture and morale on a daily/weekly basis to boost productivity and performance
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support other internal operations needs as requested by the Owners
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Prior experience as an Office Manager overseeing a team of 10-15 employees
- Experience handling HR-related tasks/issues
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with "NEEDLES" software for legal industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
