IP Litigation Attorney

MUST:
Experienced IP Litigation Associate
2+ years of experience as an associate
2+ years of experience in litigation
Experience in intellectual property litigation
Technical background is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Licensed in GA, NY, NC,TX, or DC
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
DUTIES:
Review and analyze technical documents and patent portfolios
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memos
Conduct legal research
Participate in court proceedings and client meetings
Work closely with clients and develop IP strategy
