As our law clerk intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and cases. You’ll get hands on experience drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys with a variety of tasks.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-orientated, and a team player. The ideal candidate should have excellent research and writing skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
- Conducting legal research on a variety of legal issues
- Perform administrative tasks
- Assist with pre-trail preparations
- Attend weekly attorney’s meeting
- Drafting legal documents such as memo, briefs, and motions
- Participate in weekly case strategy/brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a law school program or waiting to take Bar exam
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Demonstrate interest in the legal field and eagerness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office and legal research databases

Duration and Compensation: This position is an hourly paid position, up to 37.5 hours weekly. We are able to provide a flexible schedule for the right candidate based on availability. The hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
