Responsibilities
• Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
• Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
• Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
Qualifications
• Call-Center Experience Preferred
• Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically in both English and Spanish is a must
• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• Previous legal experience highly valued
• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
