Job Description
This role will be primarily responsible for administering our Legal Contract process in line with our Nalco Water Global customer contract policy. The Legal Contract Administrator will work closely with other internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and legal, as well as directly with our external customers.
Job Duties:
- Drafting contracts for review
- Prepare draft agreements using form contracts
- Assist sales and operations teams responding to customer questions
- Receive and respond to customer responses and/or objections to language changes, and processing all requests in a timely manner.
- Drive end-to-end process of contract management, communicate with finance to activate invoice, and confirm digital logins are created for customers.
- HSD/GED
- 2-4 years administrative or business-related experience required (preferably managing a Legal Contract process)
- Critical attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workflow while utilizing strong time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to exercise good judgment in decision making Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with others in a multi-division environment
- Must be able to work successfully in a highly structured environment
- Proficient Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel (Intermediate Level or Above), Word, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Legal Contract administration
- Experience with Adobe Sign and SharePoint
Pay Details: $33.73 per hour
