Job Description Summary
The Legal Case Support Specialist handles client lease compliance case filings within the State of Texas. The position will review and accept cases based on county requirements, ensure the accuracy of documentation, coordinate, and manage dockets throughout the case life.
This position works with high case volume and daily deadlines and requires attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Reports to NWC’s Legal Director
Handle case processing documents by combining required forms and tenant documents base on county assignment
Coordinate and management dockets throughout case life
Ensure case information is accurate and complete
Inform clients of documentation needed to process case to avoid delays
Ensure all documents are timely dropped according to company policy for delivery to agents
Respond to support and clients with questions on case status and documentation in a timely manner
Receive and handle calls regarding case issues from internal teams
Alert team members of case delays, errors, or issues
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- Experience with case management or other legal office experience is a plus
- Property management experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
