```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Prepare and draft correspondence and other written materials
- Interview clients to gather necessary information for cases
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with document management using CasePeer or similar software
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information in the firm's database

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of legal documents
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and terminology
- Proficient in conducting legal research using various resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interviews and correspondence
- Ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional manner
- Familiarity with document review processes in a legal setting
