Legal Assistant

Arthur Green, LLP has an immediate opening for a full-time Legal Assistant. The Legal Assistant’s primary role is to provide legal support and assist their assigned attorneys with legal and client matters. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with preparation of documents for estate planning clients, corporate governance, and business transactions

· Prepare letters and other legal documents from attorney dictation

· Prepare court documents and file court pleadings

· Provide support in organizing, maintaining, managing and archiving files, legal documents, and client/attorney correspondence

· Communicate with clients via email and telephone

· Schedule appointments for assigned attorneys

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Education and/or Experience:

· High School Diploma (required)

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

· Administrative and or customer service experience (preferred)

· Professional office experience (preferred)
